Dancing on rainbows is sort of a modern version, meaning you end up looking for idealistic things without limiting yourself by what others would think of it.
It's also used as a way to say 'looking for hope in a bad situation'.
It's also associated with gender/sexual equality, etc.

You're totally fine if you're playing along with a gag of not being able to dance, or the like, but adhering to the things I mentioned above IS an actual entry requirement.
I'm essentially asking anyone that wants to join to be able to think and act positively, and stating that the group doesn't tolerate bigots.
