With DLCs, you will need to buy them from the right region. US games use DLCs bought from US region PSN account.

Expensive? Worth looking at a few places. PSN sales and used games both help, and if you care about online, the Plus subscription service does give you access to games while you pay for the service.

If you only buy new releases. But sales aren't PC exclusive, I've even paid $1 each for about 30 - 40 games on PSN, and the used game market is always an option as I mentioned.

It depends how well you hunt. I've gotten some games on PSN cheaper than they were on PC until bundles came out (the only point the consoles can't compete with). Sony is pretty good about sales, can be compared to good Steam sales. Used games, well, never know what prices you might get.

Question... If I make multiple accounts for PSN for different regions, are they different users in the PS4? If they are, can one profile still play games from all accounts? Also, does only one account need a PS+ subscription? :3 Haha

I went ahead and bought myself a PlayStation 4... (Gasp!)
I've just really been wanting Guitar Hero... I've always wanted a Guitar Hero or Rock Band from the PS3 days, but as a high school student, we just didn't have the money for it. I remember back then all my gaming was done on an old PC which can't run anything more than flash games.
But then I just saw this awesome PS4 bundle on sale last week and I couldn't stop myself. I even had it shipped halfway across the world, what was I thinking!
Please, have a train to appease the Gaben: Choo choo!
EDIT: Just played a game and it immediately threw me to My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark. The Kill played not soon after. I love it already. Haha
