Oh boy, this happened to me a few weeks back. To make things worse, 't was a bundle game and the new winner claimed the game had already been redeemed.

Anyway, contact the giver away-er, explain your situation and ask him to ask support for a re-roll.

why not you make a giveaway with that game :P

You have to enter another giveaway with the same game then giveaway back your multiple copies

It happens. Tell the gifter what happened. Give the gift back, or if it's a key, don't use it. If it doesn't work for the next winner, it is assumed that you used it.

The gifter can do a reroll if you're honest. Do not keep this gift, or regift it, unless you wish to be banned from this site.
