I have a ticket in that's two weeks old (3 including the week you have to wait to make a ticket) for someone that was perma suspended hours after winning one of my gibs, before he could give feedback. He hadn't activated a single one of his wins. From what I've read response times are all over the place. :(

I've been waiting for 6 days now for the Support (more like Slowport!) to respond to my ticket about deleting a giveaway that has already ended >_< Maybe one day...

The problem is, I have a reroll request that is almost a week old.
Should I just wait, or just give the key as the winner can mark as not received (not activated wins, lots )
