Yup. I'd just wait. It's not the best of situations, but they're doing their best. I personally wish that with all the recent improvements, there will be an interest in increasing the number of support staff and mods, but we can only wait and see.

The support members are not slow, they're just overworked, outnumbered against tickets, and, most importantly, they're not paid.
You've been waiting a week, but look at the bright side: after the re-roll, you'll most likely be done. And it's for a cheap bundle game.
I have a friend who requested a re-roll two weeks (!) ago (for a AAA game) because the winner had already won it; the ticket is still pending, and 2 of the other 6 entrants won it in the meanwhile, so the process could take even longer if the RNG decides to play against him.
To answer your question: I manage public level 0 giveaways... by not doing them.
Actually, I rarely do public giveaways at all, too much hassle.
Conversely, I don't enter public giveaways myself, because it wouldn't be too nice to take from publics while giving only to small groups.

I tried to make it sound like a joke :( ,but II am bad at making jokes :P
I know they are not paid, in fact, they can take forever if they want, they key will not go anywhere . My question was more about asking what I should do if they don't respond by the week limit (as the winner can mark as not received)

LOL, I'm currently waiting for 3 weeks after reporting a fake giveaway (which is over by now...)
At least I now know I can break the rules as long as I'm doing it in such a way that the support team can't do anything about it afterwards :P

This kind of stuff was what made me stop doing level 0 GAs, even though it also happens in higher levels.
I would wait for support to get back to me and let them mark it not received... you can always send the game afterwards if the response is negative and you don't want to have the not received in your GAs.

Support is never late. Nor is it early, it occurs precisely when it means to.
Some time around the beginning of the Fifth Age by some reckoning.

But they probably have a lot of tickets to solve, so I can wait.
The problem is, I have a reroll request that is almost a week old.
Should I just wait, or just give the key as the winner can mark as not received (not activated wins, lots )
Also, how do you guys manage public lvl0 giveaways? Never had any problem but looks a mess right now.
Some small GAs for your time :)
