Won Game Region Locked

I entered a giveaway for Particula that was not listed as a restricted giveaway

The Gift I Received was region locked so i declined it and added the giveaway creator to discuss

He says he did not understand the rules since his English is not good

Not sure what to do in this situation. Should I ask him to reroll or something?

creator can ask support to reroll with Region restrictions.

Wait 7 days and mark as not received if he doesn't provide you with a ROW copy
