Games that never go on sale

Hey,
I was checking my wishlist and I noticed that The lord of the rings War in the north is the first game on my wishlist and I haven't seen it go on sale since the preorder 10% off (the price is now 19.99 but it does never go on sale)
Any idea why?
Do you guys know other games that never go on sale?
I think Aquaria hasn't been on sale for years

Devil May Cry was on sale during the winter I believe, but it wasn't a front page deal.

Those are very recent additions to the Steam store anyway right? There wasn't a lot of time for big discounts.

Edit: I'm not so sure about that anymore, i guess i have never seen them before, that's all.

If I remember rightly DMC 4 was added around 2009 because I bought it :P I might be a little out on the year but it definitely isn't a recent addition.
