DotaA 2 keys are region restricted, that and it's against the rules to post DotA 2 keys anymore.

It's easy to exploit the "alienware thingy" to boost your contributor value.
(and they are region restricted, but that's not really the point)

and will be released as a free to play. I think all of these things have been taken into consideration since it wasn't all that long ago that dota 2 was worth 50 points to enter.

Meanwhile I got dota 2 from normal beta participation stuff a few days ago and still havn't played a single game since I don't want to sit in the que for an hour :( Wish the offline practice stuff worked.
