I wanted to make a train after reaching 5th lvl. Naah, couldn't make it right after. So here is one 5+ now. Uh-oh, looks like this train missed oh god lol one of it's cars :o
I also wanted to make a train on my Steam 4th birthday. Missed the day. So here's something 4+ for miss too.
I thought maybe for reaching 500 games on steam I could make one. I bought keys 1+ and then I forgot XD

I didn't make in time like pretty much everything in my life lately but I'm making up for it.

Oh, by the way, can you share anything that could help me sleep better? For no particular reason, I don't sleep well lately so any tip is appreciated! :)

edit: Thanks for the tips! I'm going to grab some Chamomile tea, a book and one of the recommended apps and log off from SG for today. And I surely pray for some motivation to exercise tomorrow ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
Maybe with enough luck I will find out what's wrong! ^^

edit2: 2 month later I know that apparently it was problem with hormones. And I sleep well again <3 ;U;

I've always been having insomnia, and so most of my phone's apps are for meditation apps, nature sounds n etc.
I'm not sure what kind of phone you got, but mine is an Android. The best one I've found for me so far is Shhh, I always passes out before reaching the half-point of the tune.
Other apps that kinda worked (but not as well as the above mentioned) are Relax Melodies and Nature Sounds.
^ These apps are all free to download, hopefully they'll be able to help you!
I'm not sure about your situation, but having insomnia sucks big time. I hope you can rest well very soon :)

I like to get in a good workout and then meditate before trying to sleep. :3
It wears the body down and relaxes the mind.

Some exercise (like running after or before dinner) works really well for me.
Some people prefer to listen to something relaxing like classical music or podcasts, but I wouldn't recomend it.

Sorry, can't help you about how to sleep better. Usually people suggest some kind of physical activity to tired the body, but sometimes sleeping problems are associated with something being on your mind, something that might be stressing you out.

I never tried to listen to any kind of ASMR. After your comment I found some at yt designed for sleep and maaan, this sounds/feels weird :D

you can also find an old tv and well need a no signal analog channel put it on high volume and hope and pray that the ring girl don't get out of the tv...yay for white noise, but I won't pay your light bill :D

Don't know your sleep habits, but I know keeping a regular schedule helps. And doing something relaxing or calming before going to bed as well.

Bump! Sleeping tips... Avoid being on the computer or using your phone just before sleeping. I usually read book for hour before sleeping and I sleep quite well :)

Stop missing things, it's too stressful - you'll sleep better:)

Here are the things that work for me to sleep better:

  • Having a good mattress. I've been sleeping bad lately cause my mattress is getting old. I have to buy one but I want to wait for a good sale cause $$$
  • Exercise during the day
  • Chamomile tea

Yeah, I changed the mattress about a year ago. I slept like a baby then and I thought all my sleep problems are gone forever. How naive I was :c

And again tip about exercises. I must stop being a couch potato >:o
