Toma, FAQ & Guidelines.
Won gifts should be activated to the Steam account used during registration, and they should not be regifted, traded, or sold.
Si borras un juego que ganaste, es como si nunca lo hubieras activado.

The problem is the rules here state that you are supposed to have all games that you win here activated on your own linked account, so if you delete them it looks like you didn't activate them. If you wanted to remove some games from your Steam account that you won then the proper procedure would have been to open a ticket and check with support here to see if it is even possible to somehow remedy the aforementioned issue.
edit: Also this is a related issue, but if you don't want the games then why are you entering the giveaways for them? Why not let someone else win who would want to keep the game? People are going to criticize you for this and rightly so.
edit 2: btw, if it's a case of you not wanting to see the game listed in your library then I believe there is an option to hide them when you right-click on them. Of course this only hides them from your library, not the master list as displayed on your profile. But again, please refer to edit #1 above.

We've had this whole Spiel like a week ago. No, there is not beside getting in touch with the GA creator and asking them if they would be willing to delete the GAs in exchange for providing them with substitute copies of the same game.
Since this is not possible when a game has gone F2P the only option would be trying to compensate the GA creator with a different game that provides equal or higher Real CV (or they'd like to keep for themselves).
What will happen if i remove games on steam which won here?
a bug of the sg roles(remove.the won game on steam which has activated)

Please remember, all games you receive need to be activated on your corresponding Steam account to remain in good standing. Users failing to do so will receive a suspension.

The games won were activated more than a year ago. I played them, they bored me and I decided not to keep them in the library because they are FREE. I think it should be an exception.
If the support had answered my ticket (one month), but no, I was totally ignored.

as others have stated above - the rules are there for all to see and abide by - sorry

Please just leave if you don't want to keep those games in your library.

Isnt it possible to hide the games on your steam account so you cant see them?. Deleting them if you have won them even if they are free now, will result in a ban as others have said. If you don't want those games in your account anymore, you should not enter in the appropriate giveaways.

Deleting is the same as hiding. Every "deleted" game he can restore easy throught the support.
Comment has been collapsed.
Nope. You can hide your games from your library and make the "Hidden" category in there. You will have those games in your account and they will show in your profile, but they'll be hidden from your sight when you browse your library, unless you check the "Hidden" category.
It's the only way to not see free games without deleting them.

Like marshm311oW said deleting is the same as hiding. Actually you can't never delete any games that you have activated in your library.
The deleted game can be easily added to your library. Go to Help > Steam Support > Games, software etc > enter [GameName] > select game > It's not in my library.... and you'll get the game.
It's the same thing like Hide games but with more steps and more hidden factor.

It is clear that my bad english doesn't allow me to express myself correctly.
I added the games. After a year I deleted them because they are free, I can add them whenever I want, but I don't want them because they are free.
I understand the policy of the site, but I find it inflexible, as the games are free you should not be forced to keep them, if you want to play them later you can do it.
I also understand your positions, you never had any problems with this rule. But I have OCD, I can't resist trying to keep my library in order. Hiding them is like sweeping dirt under the carpet.
As I said before, I would have wanted the support staff to answer my ticket to see if it was possible or not to fix the situation. But I was totally ignored.

We all understand you.
But:
As long as the giveaway here exists you have to have the game in your library or you get suspended. (Thats it. No exeptions.)
Support can't answer every ticket, since EVERYONE that gets suspended trys to somehow get around.

What good support, they can't help whoever needs them.

There is no "mistake" that happened, it's a problem, on your side.
You can either get back the games as explained or just live with how it is now (though you can't join certain sgtools giveaways) there really is nothing else, what you want or suggesting from staff to remove them, is impossible.
Support is only with a hand full and some are still waiting for months on a reply to some tickets.

I think you're the first one who understood me 100%, thank you. Even if you don't share my opinion.

Ok I understand you.. but there is only 1 suggestion for you then - you knew about the rules - the rules are applied to everyone. Support did their job as they were required, I don't think it is their mistake when they saw 3 non-activated games. Live with that. And don't bother with sgtools protected GA.
If you can't do that or think its unfair just undelete and don't ever look at hidden games. And think about the game you'll be entering, make sure you'll not delete them after its free or you won't like in the library. And one thing is for sure most game will eventually get free in anytime in the future.
Comment has been collapsed.
I'll probably hide the free games now and try not to think about it, but even though it's easy for a normal person, it's not so easy for someone with OCD.
Comment has been collapsed.
Just restore the games. Support > find the game you "deleted" then click on restore.
Comment has been collapsed.
It's not about willing or not even, simply it's impossible, everything is read from steam api's and site can't make distictions, or exceptions.
As others said though you are forced to keep them, else don't enter for such things, your OCD, your problem.
Support can answer you, but they can't help you.

Do this you'll get your games..
Open Steam Client > Go to Help > Steam Support > Games, software etc > search Supraball > select Supraball > It's not in my library.... and you'll get the game.
Do same for Heavy Metal Machines and CLASH
As for OCD, why didn't OCD stop you while entering the game. Think about your health and stop entering games that you will want to delete in future. Eventually there comes a time when every game will be free. That might be harsh :P

So if developers gave away an AAA game for free, you wouldn't add it to your library, or would delete it if you already had it? Only because it's free? What's your problem?
Comment has been collapsed.
Well don't complain here if you didn't even read the rules of the site.

I opened the subject not because I didn't understand why I was suspended. I did it because I thought there would be others like me who thought there should be an exception to that rule, which feels too rigid and measures two different things with the same rule.
As I see that everyone seems fine with this, it makes no sense to go on because I am not going against the majority. Peace to all.

Shouldn't be entering stuff you don't want in the first place, regardless of price. Deleting them is just a dick move imo.

You were banned because you deleted f2p games? That's silly. What purpose does that serve? And why do people think it's wrong to delete a free to play game? Whether someone wins it or not...if it's free to play now you can delete/regain it without any hassle. Not like games go pay to play after free to play.
Does no one understand what you mean by free or what?
Comment has been collapsed.
No, he received suspension for breaking site rules (well he broke multiple rules, multiple times).
Comment has been collapsed.
Yes, there was different rules he broke and combination of them got him a month vacation from the site.
At least the length would suggest that + you can easily see multiple broken rules if you check him out.

My sin, delete games (many) that are now free.
Changing from "not received" to "received" a gift I didn't receive (a year later). The creator of the giveaway came up saying that his computer had been burned, he wanted to give me a key to the game but I already had it, I told him it wasn't necessary and I marked it as received. I deserved this suspension for being innocent.
Deleting many free games resulted in repetition multiple times.
Resoula correctly understood the reason for the suspension, delete games that are now free.
Comment has been collapsed.
If you didn't want the games, why enter for them in the first place?
It's really that simple. Stop entering for games you don't want.
You're in the wrong place for sympathy, because you're deleting games someone paid for (despite them being "free" now).
Let that sink in for a minute.
Comment has been collapsed.
Other's have said it, but I'll state it again for clarity.
According to the rules, all wins must be activated on the winner's account.
By marking the game as "Received" you acknowledged that you indeed received and activated the game you won to your Steam account. When we see the "Received" mark among your wins, we assume you've received the game, and if we don't find it on your account, you get suspended for violating one of the basic site rules which I quoted below:
any Gift you receive is for personal use, and must be activated, or redeemed by the Steam ID associated with your SteamGifts.com account. The Gift should not be used for other purposes, including by not limited to, trading, selling, or regifting.
Winners should correctly mark their gift as received or not received within one week of the giveaway closing.
If a game is missing from your account, we have no way to know if you first activated it, then you removed it, or if you sold the game. Moreover users may blacklist you if they notice your unactivated wins. That's why you should not remove games you won on Steamgifts.
To restore a game you should:
You could hide the game from your library:
It essentially serves the same purpose, and you are more than able to clean your library up without compromising your account this way.
Comment has been collapsed.
I don't need to restore them because the games are free, I can easily add them. I understand the rules, obviously I won't make the same mistake again, but still let me say that I don't agree with not being able to delete free games, it makes me feel like I'm losing control of my Steam account, but if it's the price to pay for being on this page I accept it.

Maybe you shouldn't enter for games that you didn't want next time?
Comment has been collapsed.
At least, according to one of the OP's posts part way down the page, he did actually try them and decided he didn't enjoy them.
There are plenty of games that I have read reviews for, and thought I'd enjoy, but ended up not really feeling them. It happens.
If only more people on SG followed your advice, though, it would be a decidedly better place. People would only ever win games that they actually wanted to play, and that has to be a good thing for everyone.

I close the topic, many people are not able to understand the reasons why I opened the topic, the comments do not make sense because they lack reading comprehension. Anyway, I already received a reply from a moderator and after one month (and a controversial thread) they answered my ticket (an answer that leaves me satisfied because it gives me solutions for a next time).

Steamgift lock my account a month by deleting steam games that win sometime and now are free games.
I can not keep my library clean for free games?
They also did not answer me in support when I tried to clarify the matter.
Sorry for my bad English, but I had a month of total indignation. I had to say something although English is not my forte.
