a guy who won one of my giveaways told me, he got the game in meantime and I should give it to someone else.
So how long does the support take to pick a new winner?
status is pending

I have another support ticket open since more than 2 months about something else and nothing ever happened...
Is the support even active here?

Support is active, but there are so many tickets it will be a long time until eventually they reach yours. I once got a ticket responded the day after, and some other times I waited around 4 months.

I would think that rerolls go under a different ticket queue.
Then again, I don't know for sure. Maybe someone with more credibility can answer.

Re-rolls are quite fast, I've had re-rolls in around 20 minutes to a few hours, depends on reason I guess.

i've only had it done once, it was really fast, under an hour. Ty Support staff! :)
It might not always be the case though.

You made a thread complaining about reroll request time less than hour after you made the support ticket? I know some people are impatient, but I think you're asking for a little too much >.<.

For your other question: Go through the roles page and you'll see why it takes so long. Hint: Support can't help you due to permissions.
