Is there any site where I can buy separate games from various game bundles at a lower price?

Group buys on Steam, grey market sites like G2A or Kinguin, they tend to resell the bundle but splited (not that cheap). Or you can try tremor games, it's tedious but you can get them by really cheap if they're from Indiegala, Groupees or Go Go Bundle. They have from Humble Bundle too, but there are low amounts now. You don't need to spend money on Tremor Games, just do surveys (the best way) and stuff, or you can trade in bundles from Humble.

Note that availability of surveys, etc. will vary widely depending on your country.

On the other hand you can trade in cards, Humble bundles and other items.

The trade in value is not very good though. They give you $0.85 worth of TC for a $1 tier bundle, and the exchange rate is even worse for higher tiers.

+1. And due to HB games traded in being revoked, they removed the $1. Only the highest tier is allowed nowadays, and it's not really worth to do that.
Realized late, that they did sold the splitted bundles from IG and others, and far more cheaper than buying it on Indie Gala, ect, plus I don't want all the games from their bundles (some are really trash), so I pick 2 or 3 games that I want.

Complete bundle is $3, i choose 3 games that cost 350 tremor coins. That's like $0.40.

I don't think the rate is bad. In any case, I find it's still the best way to get a single game from a running/past bundle. What I dislike is that they started overpricing the most wanted games.

People on CAG tend to sell parts of a bundle individually, namely in this thread.

Group Buys, you can buy bundles or games from a bundle with no profit for the seller.

I'd suggest that you read the rules in case you proceed with using it.
