They will only get more common as time goes on, so no.

cards get expensive just before the sales. when the sale comes, the cards get cheaper

The day before and the first day of the sale they'll skyrocket, and about 12 hours in they drop like a rock.

it all depends on valve, if they'll do a meta game that involves crafting, they might rise, but no one can predict it imo

right now the biggest part of interested users might not even know those cards are up & available
(their likely expecting them for the upcoming sale as i did) > meaning most buyers & sellers will notice by then
