As for the guy you posted...I went through the last 100 or so giveaways and it seems like all of their giveaways are either invite-only (almost all) or restricted to a small group. They are generous, but...only to a very very few people. I'm not sure that fits the spirit of my whitelisting people. :/

I'll +1 KTS. His invite only giveaways are posted openly here in the forum. They do have SGTools filter so not everyone can get in, but they are pretty much open for public still.

I understand that aspect of it, but...giving $35,000 to a select/small group of people is far less generous (in my opinion) than giving $3500 in mostly open giveaways or at least larger groups. Most giveaways have around 40-50 entrants. That's not a large pool of recipients. :x

I wish you had applied earlier when I was accepting with looser requirements. I'm afraid that my list is close to as full as I want it, so I'd rather not lower the requirements, sorry. :(

Maybe just look around the forums and you will find those kind of people. When I built up my whitelist, I did that - I chose my own people and didn't let them apply. ooh fancy :3
Plus, don't focus too much on ratios and all that. You will come across a lot of funny, kind, helpful guys that deserve whitelist spots as well, even if they don't have high levels. (:

I just passed a sg tools test of 1.5:1 ratio and I'm level 8... But surprised I passed... I just finished a puzzle event where I gave 500+ ga, I guess that could do it...

I have 110 people on my whitelist, so now I am looking to add 10 or so of the most generous on SteamGifts. I'm sorry, but the requirements are very high for this part. I want to try and reward the most generous and kindest here on SteamGifts.
Requirements:
Level 7+ with at least 2:1 ratio OR
Level 8+ with at least 1.5:1 ratio OR
Level 9+ with at least 1:1 ratio OR
Level 10 (you are basically God)
EDIT: Thanks for the applications! I've added quite a few of the most generous on SG to my whitelist and they should enter my giveaways ASAP!
