Blood when pooping?

About an hour ago i went to the bathroom to you know... do my business,like every man does. and when i wiped my butt i saw bright red blood,does anyone know what could of caused this?

P.S I read that this could be Hemorrhoids,but is there anything else that it could possibly be besides that?

Eh, I had that kind of incident before. But I dismissed it and indeed it was nothing special. A little bleeding does not put fear on a man!
