My strategy is to basically wait until the Humble Square Enix BTA tier + Humble January Monthly Bundles are revealed, then finalize my purchase lists after that. This way I can continually add interesting games I come across during the sale to my potential purchases list, efficiently arrange my actual purchase list to maximize the usage of my Steam wallet funds while adding additional $ to my Steam wallet via card drops/sales, and avoid buying games that I will potentially get already in a bundle that lands while the sale is still going on.
