So I just had a convo with a Scammer: Impersonator Class!

Just like in games, there are many type of Scammer:

  • Dumb Obvious Class
  • Impersonator Class
  • Buy game, Sell Cheap n get it Revoked Class
  • and Many Others
  • (New Class TBA by Scammer.inc)

So this is the Victim (Real Person):

  • NightWalker: what do u offer?

  • NightWalker: Hitman abs..
  • Stevensi1018: thats a bit pricy for dungeons
  • NightWalker: poker

I did not get scam, I just had a nice convo (Knowing that the person is a scammer).

I play along with that person a bit.. Wanna keep the convo longer but he ran offline =( Mean Scammer =(

The name must be there.. I posted it here so that it will be known.. Coz his steamrep is clean! So new trader that dont check stuff properly will know.. That person is hunting at the moment.. He mentioned that he was trading with someone else..

Before Its too late man.. Getting scammed is not nice.. No one deserves to be scammed, even those inexperience newborn baby traders!

I don't really see the harm in calling out a scammer. It allows traders to block the scammer, and never encounter them. The OP is only trying to prevent people getting scammed by someone.

Also, most scammers aren't on steamtrades. They never sign in, instead they just browse the threads.

I already check his profile before trading n know that he is a scammer.. Usually scammer will offer Skyrim + BL2 + Dishonerd + Sweets for Fortix (I'm exaggerating).. So I just wanna try.. Its my first time chatting with a Scammer (While Knowing that he/she is a scammer) =P
