Would you consider reducing the amount of games on your wishlist?
I genuinely want to play most of my wishlist 3,694 OMG!. But... honestly, if it were intended for games that I want to buy, then it would be around 30-60 games.
In course of time my quality criteria for the games was improving, so if one day I will decide to revise the list, it will be much shorter
Oh, and thanks for gibs!)

You're welcome! So far you win the prize for the longest wishlist. So that's something to be happy about :) If you ever decide to revise yours, I wish you luck ;)

Reduce it by checking them one by one if you actually like them, or by getting them games?
I'm more of the latter.

Nice, thank you! I whitelisted you back :)
I know what you mean. I feel the same sometimes. I try not to think about it too much, but if I ever feel my motivation towards gaming dropping, I tend to play a really simple game in which I can switch off and just enjoy myself. Or I go back and play an older game that I loved playing through the first time.

Then maybe you just need a break from gaming. I'm sure it happens to a lot of people.

I saw this thread and removed a bunch. I wish I could remove more but most of what I have is just DLC for games I already own. I did add 2 more only because I missed one game I should have already added since I want to play the games in order and the new DLC for CK2 coming out. Also found a game already on my list that should have been in the top 5.

I'm glad the thread inspired you :) DLC makes up some of the items on my wishlist. I counted them in the total but I'd say they don't really count. Tbh, even if you don't remove anything it's good to check now and again, just to keep it organised :)

Yeah, it's pretty stupid that the numbers disappear when you search. Not very user friendly!

See, the thing about wishlist is that it's a very convenient tool for keeping track of games you could maybe, possibly be interested in some day. I can see the deals and the prices and I find it much better than putting those "maybe?" games on my Followed list, where they either end up being forgotten or I keep getting updates that I'm not intersted in.
So currently, my wishlist is mostly filled with games that I'm genuinelly intersted in, with some "just keeping an eye on this" games here and there.

That makes perfect sense. I find the followed list a bit useless myself since I never really check my activity feed :)

Witcher 3 is on sale now! It's an awesome game, so it's a good choice for your single game wishlist :)

Yeah, I think you can be pretty happy about that :)

...and there are so many awful devs to contribute ;)

…reducing the amount of games on your wishlist.
I recently took a long hard look at my wishlist and managed to reduce it from over 300 games to around 70. It does mean that I win fewer games on this site, but when I do win a game I know it’s something I really want to play. It also makes sales less overwhelming because it’s easier to keep track of deals and make better decisions about purchases. Overall, I end up getting less games but that gives me more time to dedicate to games that I’m really excited to play.
Anyway, have some games (whether they are on your wishlist or not :)).
And for my blue hearts:
Ryse: Son of Rome
Tales of Berseria
Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition
EDIT: added another gib for my blue hearts.
