Just a heads up that GameStop is having a decent PC download sale on a lot of games. They also made it so you can download the games through Steam instead of just their DL site.

Oh hey, "Downloads to US addresses only." So much for that. (I'm in Canada)

Yeah GameStop is a US company, you can try EB Games though, it's the Canadian version

Tried. They never have any decent sales, and their promotions aren't even half as decent as the US ones. It makes me think what is the point of having an EBGames Canada if it doesn't bother doing half the things the US one does.

Yeah but that's weird. I remember I used to buy stuff from their site and it was no problem a few months ago.

On "certain games" you get a Steam Key. They send it by e-mail. I couldn't tell you which ones specifically however, probably not EA games for certain (they use Origin). I'm still browsing myself, but I did get FFXIV cause it's nice and cheap, but I know that's not Steam

Do they send keys via e-mail now? You used to have to run their stupid app on your PC in order to get keys but I know they have been making changes recently.

Also, can you see the keys in your account on the website now? I can't tell as I haven't ordered anything from them in awhile and it doesn't look my order history has been migrated.

I just got my e-mail for FFXIV.
-The account number is in your order history so making an account is a good idea.
-This isn't a Steam DLed game (but I knew that going in).
-I didn't have to DL a GameStop downloader, I just got it straight from SE.
I'm going to guess that ALL Valve games are going to give you a Steam key for sure, and all EA games are going to give you an Origin code, from there I guess it depends on the developer

All the games I clicked on listed the client at the bottom of the page.
e.g. ME package listed Origin. Enslaved and Pirates! listed Steam.
YMMV

Tony Hawk HD isn't bad. 75% off. I think thats the lowest its gone. It was the same price on the Amazon sale. I think I'll go ahead and get that. Aside from that though, the sale prices on the other steam games have gone lower it seems like.
