Inviting Series, Sarcasm, Troll Master [TV Series, Chandler Bing, Patrick Jane, Dr. House]

Recently i just knowing that world of TV series have other Master of Sarcasm other than Chandler Bing. And he is Dr. House from House M.D.
Whilst i already watch F.RI.E.N.D.S so many times, i never watch House M.D.

But I have some doubt to watch it, cause it not included in comedy genre by IMDB, it has 8 season if I'm not wrong, and that's gonna take "quite some time" to watch them all (1 to 2 semester).

I would like to watch it if the series story more like The Mentalist, and don't wanna watch watch watch watch Maroon 5 yelling "WASTED" if the series more like grey's anatomy

I have only watched FRIENDS from the stuff you mentioned so no clue.

House was fun , for the most part ( no its not Lupus ) ... you will get it if you watch it

I think i havent seen the last few episodes ... it was on TV @ the time and i was working when they ware airing them .

I guess i seen like 90% of it overall

House M.D. is not so much sarcasm as it is cynicism. That said, i found it fairly entertaining and interesting for the first couple seasons until i lost interest in it. Does have a bunch of subtle drama overall, so that's why it's not categorized as comedy. But it's by far not as bad as grey's anatomy.
If you're looking for some comedy with a high amount of sarcasm, i'd rather suggest "community" or "arrested development" or maybe "doctor who", although the latter is probably better categorized as mystery but with a lot of comedic moments.

Dr House is probably the first tv show I actually "followed" and he's one of the best characters ever "made" in a tv show, it's a bit different from your favorites, maybe it's slightly "mature", but definitely yes

Just because you like Sherlock and the Mentalist , and because I like Mr House I just find it boring, it's the type of the TV series you can just have on and watch while doing everything else (eat, play games etc.)

I don't really understand what troubles you. Why would you have to watch all 8 seasons if you don't like it? Just give it a try and decide after 5-7 episodes.

House is amazing. I rated it with 10/10 on imdb, and I very very rarely do that. It certainly isn't a light hearted comedy though. It's closer to Sherlock, than to Friends. ;)
