It looks like they are cooperating with SharewareOnSale website now, which is apparently very similar, it uses same template or so.
I have been subscribed to the 2nd websiyte for quite a time now and they do send usefyl free promotions but yeah - some people might not like to share their email every time on that site. Plus - it let us know about promotions like free Origin game and still asking for uor email....
I used it to get some free Antivirus or something back in the past but then I didn't even use it, lol.
Perhaps SharewareOnSale website and FailMid is the same, just 2 domains? Would need to check.

Probably from the same group, looks like after the "success" of SharewareOnSale they wanted to expand into gaming with FAILMID. I used to like SharewareOnSale and got more than a couple of good softwares from them already.
But when someone is whiling to do that kind of thing (illegal use of others promotions in order to gather personal data and/or advertise their website) I wonder what all their moral values are.
Anyway, already reported to Origin, they can easily be sued for that.

I already got the game when Origin had just set it for free, but I decided to check what this was all about.
So, it appears they're advertising a giveaway for Need for Speed Most Wanted by e-mail, they send you to a partner's website (SharewareOnSale) then asks for your e-mail (this is the worse part), and they give you a link the the Origin store where the game is free (which has nothing to do with FAILMID).
If they're whiling to do this kinda of shit, I would think twice before joining another of their giveaways (or at least using your real e-mail).
