Do you have too problem with gifts? (Recieved, accepted to inventory and they are miss) steam lags?

I've bought today 30x rust, 2x times got really delayed after i accepted to my gift inventory (like 1 hour or so) now i waiting already 2-3 hours, do you anyone have same problem?
