No, you can't level up with just free games. If all the giveaways of the user are considered free games now there is a chance that he gave one of them away before it got free. Or there is a game which hasnt been added to the list yet and will be added afterwards.

You can't post links to that, because it requires steps (Filthy one too, having to install a script on which you have to give permission it can read and change information to any website you visit..) which is against the rules here.

I can confirm that this user has given these keys after being given away. Just look at the dates of the drawings.
All the games that this user has given these I have, and I assure you do not pay for them. Except 2-3 games I could not get keys on time.

If you mean that those 7 games should be tagged as "No Value" but haven't been tagged as such yet then, I dunno, I guess you could send a support ticket to bring to attention where and when those games were free so they'd get marked faster.

Exactly. There is not a fortuneteller who would know about all games that were free. If someone finds a game that was free and is not considered as free here, they should tell support about it. Then the games can be added to the list of No CV Games.
