I'm just plain curious, to be honest. Here's the test:

http://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test

I know the poll is very long but there's 16 personality types so ... what did you expect! Might add a giveaway at some point.

It's not much but it's the best I can do: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/D55x9/proxy-blade-zero

[NOTE: Anything under 20% means you may not fully represent that trait. If your given personality doesn't quite match you try looked at other types that you would almost fall into. (E.g. INFP with 10% in F, feeling, so try INTP)]

You know, that's cool and all but....

INFJs find it easy to make connections with others

92% introverted and it's easy to connect with others, ok.

On the other hand, I do agree with this part and a few others.

When it comes to romantic relationships, INFJs take the process of finding a partner seriously. Not ones for casual encounters, people with the INFJ personality type instead look for depth and meaning in their relationships. INFJs will take the time necessary to find someone they truly connect with – once they’ve found that someone, their relationships will reach a level of depth and sincerity that most people can only dream of.

Hmm, yeah, I suppose that's one way of putting it. Regardless, I still found it quite funny that it was one of the first things they mentioned about this type of personality.

The reason INFJs can generally connect well with others is that their second strongest function is Fe, or extraverted feeling. The type is still introverted because the strongest function is Ni, or introverted intuition.

What you fail to understand is that introversion and extroversion are strictly defined in psychology. Common parlance abuses their meaning to the point that people assume extroversion implies sociability. The concepts of introversion and extroversion are meant to indicate from where one draws their energy. Does socializing drain you, or does it invigorate you? Does spending time alone tire you out, or does it charge you back up? Introverts draw their energy from within themselves, whereas extroverts draw their energy from others and the world around them.

Being introverted does not preclude sociability; in fact, a number of personality types are predominantly introverted while still being considered very social. Some introverted people can be very social individuals; they simply draw their energy from within rather than without. That metric simply measures the source of your energies.

These tests are pretty well-founded on psychological research. There are of course a bunch of BS tests out there, but if you research into them, you'll find the appropriate ones. From the 16personalities Contact page:

The personality type I got after completing your test differs from the one I got on a different website. Why?

The four-letter naming model used by us is also shared by a number of diverse theories and approaches such as Socionics, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Keirsey Temperament Sorter, Linda Berens’ Interaction Styles and many others. However, while the acronyms adopted by different theories may be identical or very similar, their meanings do not always overlap – consequently, you should not assume that, for instance, INTj in Socionics is identical to INTJ as defined and described by us, or to the INTJ definition on a different website. To use an analogy, taxis and Formula 1 racers both drive ‘cars’ – but what each of them considers a car can look pretty different depending on where they’re driving. Make sure you review the theoretical model that a specific website relies on before comparing your results. You can find more information about our theoretical approach here.

The other tests are different; some are more faithful to the MBTI, whereas others are based on Socionics, whereas still others incorporate other factors or are based on other typology theories. The tests aren't inaccurate; you're simply taking three different tests. For me, at least, I got the same answer each time.

Again, from the Contact page:

I got a different result when I took the personality test again after a while. Why?

We are continuously refining the test questions, trying to make our algorithm more accurate and reliable – consequently, you may be assigned a slightly different personality type if your original scores were very low (<10%). If you are unsure which personality type is truly yours, please see our main theoretical article. Additionally, don’t underestimate the power of your mood. Taking the test when you are well-rested, feeling good, and full of energy can cause you to answer questions with more “positive” responses than if you’re totally exhausted at the end of a long week. Rather than thinking of the best of times or the worst of times, or just how you’ve behaved this past month, or how you used to behave when you were younger, (or how you would like to behave...) answer the questions considering how you’ve actually responded to situations most often, during the course of your lifetime.

I assume the same applies to the other tests. These personality tests basically define your personality along a number of dimensions or metrics which gauge where you fall on a spectrum between two extremes. Your placement on these spectra indicates your dominant personality type, the "default" core personality to which you automatically switch. Your personality can change based on the environment or context, especially if you're at work (where one typically has a "work personality").

Keep in mind that providing a neutral answer typically disqualifies the question from use. Since a neutral answer does not provide any meaningful information, it is excluded. Thus, neutral answers are typically discouraged since they render less accurate results. This is why many political compass or spectrum tests do not allow neutral answers, since a neutral answer doesn't move one's position on the plane. Over time, one tends to interpret a statement or question differently as one's experiences grow, environment changes, and mood differs. As a result, one may be receiving a different result because one is interpreting the content of the test differently. This is why most professional personality tests are given in conjunction with behavioral analysis and interpreted by the professional: it minimizes the chances that the results will be inaccurate because the results will be provided by another person, not just an automated system.

(An anecdote: I have taken these tests multiple times and found that over time, I interpreted the questions differently and answered differently as a result. In doing so, my percentiles increased, which may indicate higher confidence in my result.)

As with all tests, even those founded in scientific research and developed by professionals, it is restrained by the limitations of the test. This is why many tests recommend one does not "overthink" the content of the test, since scrutinizing the language of each sentence or question can mislead one into answering in a way the test did not intend. When it comes to personality tests in particular, the test can only provide an approximation of one's personality. Accurately assessing one's personality requires a professional, not just some automated system. Even then, it's not an exact science due to the fledgling status of personality typology in psychology.

When interpreting the results of a personality test, keep in mind that low percentages can indicate either low confidence or mild disposition. The setting or mood in which you take the test also affects the scores, as can one's interpretation of the test's content (as noted above). Combine these three factors and it can lead to individuals receiving differing results. These different results can either indicate that you are a borderline case, your personality is not clearly defined, you are not attuned to your own personality (which can occur, especially among those with personality disorders), or the test is unable to accurately determine your personality. It could be any of the aforementioned.

Apologies for the lengthy reply. Just some input that may help you better understand why your results seem to differ.
