I never heard anything about KFC games, but I just looked up "KFC gaming" and there is a surprising number of articles about KFC games and it looks like some have already been created.

"KFC" isn't "KFC Gaming". It looks like they're just using the or a similar name to get publicity without actually breaking any rules.
