A lot of games will automatically bind them for you when it asks for input, unless those buttons are dedicated to macros. My mouse has 7 buttons total. The usual 3, two for binding, and two for macros that can only be used with the software.

With my mouse is won't work outside the software, which I never run so i just go without. The macro buttons aren't well placed anyway so I don't miss them.
If you want to use them just find out your keyboard binding for grenade and put that button into the software.

My mouse broke, so I had to buy a new mouse (the sharkoon shark zone m20). This new mouse however has A LOT more buttons then my old mouse. But all the new buttons have useless functions (for me), and the driver tool has no useful macro's to re-assign the buttons to.
Is there a way to bind your own actions to the mouse buttons (like pressing button 4 to throw a grenade)?
