If this is permanently free (as the lack of ITAD history suggests it has always been), it should be posted to [General], as both [Deals] and [FREE] specifically refer to limited time or limited quantity offers (notably, because otherwise such limited offers get easily flooded out by any references to the seemingly infinite permanently free offerings available on Steam alone, nevermind those from other sources like itch.io/etc). ( And some of us have exceedingly little time to check the site, and can very easily and frustratingly miss limited offers if they're flooded out. :/ )
