You have to link your game account (e.g. your Airmech account) to your Amazon account. Afterwards the Holiday Pack will be added to your Airmech account automagically.

You can't trade those ingame goodies, unless someone is willing to give you his account login information.

I did this with the Airmech pack and thought, I would be able to activate the pack whenever I feel like it - but no, it's active immediately sigh
