it is not a priceglitch. it is a official promotion. You can see that promotion on that steampage.
It seems like that they only removed the game from that bundle.

i found it a bit clunky and too fiddley (like those cheap controllers you would get with those 500 games in one things if that makes any sense)
but if you got good use out of it then it was a good buy

Well, it depends on the game really. In action games where you have to control the camera with the right stick it's not great. But in games where you would usually use keyboard and mouse it works pretty well (as long as it doesn't depend on fast actions, so RTS games won't work that well). I found it worked really nice with Civilization for example after I tweaked the controls a bit. That's the nice thing about the controller, it's highly customizable.

Amazon doesn't like my country for some reason, and all the ones in eBay are resellers. I'll just wait and hope that I'll be able to buy it straight from steam some day, I'm not in a rush. I personally like dual shock controllers and those you can get on any store, my interest on the steam controller is mostly because of how different it is.

I reckon they mean IF YOU BUY CIV 6, then the controller is available at that price. Only the controller is listed as being part of that bundle. Also, as noted, it won't go into the cart.

That bundle contained preoder version of game, after preorder ended it was left without game.
So you won't get game by buying it. Just controller (if it did work, that is).
