If he activated it (like the winner was supposed to), then posting it here will just lead to a duplicate key notification for the ninja. However, if winner is planning on regifting, this foils the plot.

Ask him about it . I know some people who will rebuy the game because they feel like giving back to the community

Seems like that guy is a serial regifter...
EDIT: The OP never mentioned who is "that guy".
EDIT2: Support ticket submitted.

We should report the guy and make sure his regifting days are over by getting him banned.

The lines between right and wrong are blurred, but in the end I figure since the gift was not received properly it voids the terms of the giveaway in which the two of you participated. Hence, it is still yours to do with as you wish.
Make a 5 minute giveaway, post the link here, give it to the winner who will promptly activate :P

1 hour is the shortest time for a giveaway. Those shorter giveaways, that can sometimes be seen on the forums, are posted after they have been open for some time already.

Check whether CG is online on SteamGift group chat, he can delete the giveaway. If he isn't online, I think it's okey to post it here, I saw what that guy is doing and should be stopped...

What gets me is that there is atleast one semi-active forum user that joined the giveaway after you posted this on the forums.

hehe i've won a fake giveaway before but since it is a giveaway, i would have gotten the game for free, but since i didn't it made no difference and I got over it. I hope this person gets banned along with the person who created the one i entered

I know your feel man. A guy won my giveaway and immediately tried to trade it on Steam Trades. When he didn't get any offers he made a giveaway on SG. Too bad support's dead and no one will be able to help you. At least you screwed him back though.

So I created a giveaway, and the winner just received the game (cd-key) and started a giveaway for the same game.
I sent a report.
Will it be on time?
P.S. I know the CD-key, should I mess him up? I thought I could write here for some ninja to grab it.
EDIT: I will wait until there is like 10 to 5 minutes to the end of "his" giveaway, if support doesn't say anything I will give the CD-key here. If he is giving a key different from the one I sent him, which I doubt, the NINJa will not be able to redeem it on steam.
Well, I tried to talk to CG, but no success so here it goes:
Death To spies & Death To Spies: Moment of Truth ( 2 games ) - 7DBX6-Z2T0G-6CDTB
Please comment if you redeem it.
Thanks all.
EDIT 2:
After all this, Park received the Key, and already redeemed, so I'm closing this thread.
Thanks everyone for the comments.
