"Contributor value," is in the FAQ. You would be well served to read about it.

the games you have been giving away is all bundle games... the little * at the end of their names in the game list shows they are bundle games and bundle games won't make your contributer value go over 30$

You can only have 30$ CV from bundled games. So you'll get no CV for any other bundled game(s)

After you give a non-bundle game you get 10% of every bundle game you give away. Or something like that.
