Strange, if you already send key it automatically must be checked received after a week. "Not Activating Won Gift" as far as I know just suspend user for violation the site rules. Do not request a new winner because this key may be already used.

I created a giveaway that ended over a month ago, but the winner didn't activate the key.
I've checked the winner's profile and don't see the game in their library.
Yesterday, I created a ticket to report "Not Activating Won Gift" and it got resolved, but I don't know what actually happened.
Am I supposed to request a new winner instead?
