Mixed up some keys

I wouldn't worry about it. Things happen. Poor guy that got the shaft might whine and complain for a while. And you will be stuck with that -1 on your feedback forever, but I sincerely doubt that -1 will make any difference when you go to giveaway a game again. I know I would still enter your giveaways. :)

Ultimately, invid01, you are at fault. Not much, but still. So long as you realize that, and strive to avoid mixing up game keys (still confused about that, but not much), then you're fine. Wouldn't want it happening to you, right?

Honestly, I would keep pestering steam support. You might eventually get someone reasonable.
