People entering giveaways for games that they already have...

I actually would like to give copy to someone who dont have that game at all instead to somebody who just wants second copy...

Some people really have an issue about this, and I've been telling people to ONLY enter for themselves. People FREAKED OUT when they saw people entering for games they already have.

I am pretty sure the FAQ says NOT to do this EXACT thing. If you want your friends to get something, generate them a invite key.

I agree completely! If you want your friend to get a game, use your points and get them an invite. Don't enter for them.

I believe he can report it to a mod and have it re'roll for another winner, e.g. pm cg or cult or the 3rd guy, sorry forgot his name.

You can't accept dlcs for games you don't have. So don't gift it. Message cg and he can delete/ reroll the giveaway.

So basically if someone spends money on themselves, they shouldn't be allowed to give away a game to a friend of their own? How does that make sense? Face it, the only reason you are upset is because you did not win. Believe it or not, this happens in the real world all the time for all sorts of things, but it's not always possible to see whether someone does or does not already own the items when we're talking non-digital. How does spending money constitute ineligibility? It all goes to someone that doesn't already own a game anyhow, whether it was someone that entered directly or one of their friends. Stop whining, stop bitching.
