In team games you dont depend on anyone?.
How could Michael jordan carry the team, if the team didnt do any defense? or had turnovers most of the times they had the ball?
How can a quarterback carry the team if the receiver is dropping, or if the offensive line dont give him enough time to pass/leave his flank wide open?
How can a 200/200 army in starcraft survive against 2 200/200 armies if your teammate is catching flies or have no army at all?
How can the ad carry in lol do a good job, if his support and midlane are feeding jinx or akali?
How can a party in WOW can go trough a very difficult dungeon if you have Leroy Jenkins?
How can you win a soccer game if the goalie let every thing go trough?
Winning at any game solo is a lil bit easier than a team based game.

You have to change your attitude to whatever makes you angry. If you lose, look at what you do and what happens. Are you making mistakes? How can you improve that these mistakes don't happen anymore? Have you realistic expectations regarding yourself and the performance of others? You can only change what you do and think, but you cannot change everything else around you.
As soon as you are angry, your performance will suffer and there is little use in practicing past this point in my opinion. Try to calm down and to focus. Otherwise, take a break as soon as you can.

Just mute your team at the start of the game. Go into your own world and worry about your gameplay and how to improve, not your teammates.

It helps a lot if you don't place any trust into teammates. I always assume they're gonna be bottom of the barrel and I have to do everything in order for us to win. That is part of the reason I don't really play multiplayer games anymore.

this is exactly how I play CoD, play like it's 1v6 which most the it feels like it actually is & most the time it's only because of my score to why the team has actually won because I'm the only guy sitting above a 1:1 K:D.

I think I read it just fine. There are certain realities to face when playing multiplayer or co-op games. If these are becoming a problem for you then you either should seek to change the way you think or consider just not playing those kinds of games.
Also, why would anyone bitch when they are winning? That doesn't make sense =P

It's just a videogame. Try to have fun and stop caring if you/your team wins or not.
A game should be fun to play regardless of the scoreboard.

Probably the best advice I can give you to improve/carry the game harder, is to pretend like you have no team-mates with you even when you do. Works especially well in games like LoL where you can pretend you're solo laning and that the support doesn't exist. Or you can always start playing in a support based role, support based roles are actually highly under-rated, but when a support is good, they can carry their team-mates to victory very easily.

Well. Team games (especially moba) usually has those players, who blame their teammates. The source is, that players aren't want to be better. They want to be the best, which makes a very high expectations towards the player's teammates (help the player, don't die, but neither ks (which is really not their fault). They don't want to play as a team, but as individuals, to show, how good they are.
For some reason, I like to play as a supporter in most games (TF2's medic, or Dota 2's supporter, if no one chooses one, Champions Online's healer/buffer, Air Rivals' M-Gear to name some). In Dota 2, I usually have much more assists than kills, which some reason doesn't bother me.
In the beginning, I didn't like teamgames, because it was really about showing everyone, how high the scores compared to the other players on the team. And then, UT2004 came into my life, and shortly I discovered a custom game mode called "Jailbreak" (I'm not talking about that GMod crap mode). The Jailbreak game mode for UT2004 gave the term of teamplay a real meaning, and it was the game, which make me like the team based games. I learned to forgive my teammates faults. No one is perfect, no one can be a pro in a short time. Also, be aware, that they are ONLY games. They don't actually have an effect to your life, and taking them seriously just makes more trouble. Play for having fun, and to forget about your real life problems, as long as you are playing.
As one of the UT3 loading screen tip says: "Practice good sportsmanship. You were a n00b once too."
PS. I think, it's actually a good sign, that you realized yourself, and your behaviour, and especially, that you asked for help to change your approaching at these kind of games. You have a higher chance to become a reasonable player, than the ones, who always blame their teammates, and never look inside of themselves.

I just try to focus on my own performance. If I do well then that's all I care about, even if we lose horribly. You can't control your team's performance, just your own.

Last few weeks im having hard times playing all those " team games" what I mean for team games all those Mobas, CS GO competive, basicly everything that has team in it. When we start to lose I instantly start b!tching around and whing like a lil kid and I just cant help my self. But thats not all like im rageing very hard and im very agressive... Seems to me that im calm only when im wining or playing SP games / Hearthstone. I kinda hate to depend on my teammates in last couple of weeks and I blame them for everything...
Help me guys im acting like a lil kid...
