When you buy something, they often give you a discount code for something else. Or they email you one, every once in a while. Like Lugum and Rosebonbon also said, these codes have tons of restrictions.
In this case, you can use the code on the bundle, but need to buy something else as well.

They're a lot, and a bit confusing, at least for me 🙈 (several races are in the "official expansion" but also as separate dlc, I'm not sure if they get a plus of units or are the same thing)

For those like me that was considering this just for Blood Bowl 2, the Blood Bowl 2 Legendary Edition is going for $5.40 at GMG currently, which includes the expansion and other DLC.

Just remembered I had a Summer Scorcher bonus code from a month ago that was set to expire this midnight. Picked the 1 USD voucher option to use it on this bundle. But the voucher shows 'This Key Has Expired' right from the start even though it should still be good for a bit. They might have a problem with timezone conversions or something because it's still not 23:59 either in my own timezone or in UTC.

Perhaps you failed to account for Summer Time aka Daylight Saving Time, where Britain is currently at GMT +1, at least making your post here at 00:17 their time. It could also be that it expired at midnight 24 hours previously which was technically the start of July 31. This situation with the date changing right at midnight is why that is an unfortunate expiration time for any company to use. For example otherwise, on Steam with the "day" starting later in the morning at least is clear exactly what date they mean (granted if someone didn't know the reset time then there's also issues).

No, I got the already expired coupon at 22:50 CEST and my post here was at 23:17 CEST. I'm ahead of them in timezone. And the disclaimer said it will expire at 23:59 (UTC I guess - they tend to use that everywhere) on July 31th to avoid that kind of confusion. I checked everything carefully before selecting the 1 USD off voucher. Also it's a bit odd that I could select a reward that arrived to me expired right out of the gate.

They replied to me Monday morning and simply refunded the voucher value on my latest purchase. Their customer support has been top tier for me every time.
