Cannot enter DLC giveaway even with owning game

maybe you need to sync your account first

account > sync account > force sync > relog > give it a try again

According to steam you don't own "A game of Dwarves"

i looked into you game list and you do not own A Game of Dwarves, you have the Free2Play version and that is way you can;t enter the giveaway

have the same problem, though i dont really care, not my type of game))

I have the same problem with Batman Arkham City, I own it and I can see it on my steam profile but I can't enter any DLC giveaways.

The problem is that you really do not have the game the DLC belongs to. I also have that game, but that is the paid version. The DLC you are trying to enter is for the free version of the game. All the DLC for the free version is included in the paid version. Don't worry about it.

Do you see A Game of Dwarves here? Well neither can SteamGifts and that is why it's not showing up here as well.

Usually once you've played the game it'll show up and be able to sync.

I have the same problem, but I don't own the game. Not fair I wanted to trade the game.

Might want to contact support with the screenshot to the specific dlc you're trying to enter to further show that you need it..

Serious sam second encounter has the same problem.

I dunno why people are arguing about this. It is a well known bug. There have been plenty of other games it has happened with as well. It sucks, been that way a long time now, have no idea if it'll ever get fixed.

There's just a problem with this game (And some other). As some of the previous people stated, it is not shown in most of the game list. So when you sync your account, SG can't know that you own it.
Weirdly enough, some people are lucky and the game appears in their games list so they can enter in the giveaway. But they are really not a lot.
