That configuration can be done better for less money.

And you can get Windows cheaper on eBay or elsewhere. Just look around. In Germany it sells for 20€, I think the UK shouldn't be different.
The Monitor pretty much sucks, and I don't think you need such a fast and expensive Wifi-card
The Power supply is single rail and not optimal, WD caviar Blacks are wasted money (Louder, not faster than other normal drives)
Maybe get the SSD in 1 - 2 months? Then you can spend more on the craphics card/CPU
