I have 154, some user reports, some deleted giveaways but most of them asking for rerolls.

I usually write an angry post in the forums about the problem that I have and then await someone to help me with his magic wand.

7 by now - one of those is still pending. Beside some special topics tickets get handled really quick.
One of my rerolls was done within seconds. (Good work, Ronix!)

I've got 25, all user reports. I'd do more, but it feels like they rarely get looked at. I've marked a ton of them closed myself either because they sat for 9 months, or because the offender was already suspended and the ticket never closed.

rerolls combined with a user report
There's no need to submit an user report in addition to your reroll ticket, the user will be dealt with when we review the reroll ticket

Added, Khalaq isn't someone who's personally helped me out so far so I was unaware of them. I'm sure they'll be a few more ..

Only one is still open for almost 8 weeks, though jatan answered that he added it to Admin's cue. I wonder when Admin look at it.

7 total, all as a giver
1 - request received feedback for my GA
6 - request new winner for my GAs (1 kicked from group, 3 won the same game in multi gibs at once, 1 already had the game due to Steam API, 1 entered by mistake and did not want the game)
My tickets were responded to by Jatan11t, Ronix, and TempeteJoachim.
All were responded to quickly and professionally. I can only imagine the endless backlog of requests they are facing. Thanks to all the support/moderators/admins for being the referees here!
