My Computer wont start when i have both of my RAMs on the system with my new Graphics card.Tried each Ram separate to see if there was a problem with one of them but they word fine. I wil now try to update me bios and see what i ll get. Till then i would appreciate any other help and info. Specs Below. Thanks in advance.

-Specs
OS: Windows 7 SP1 x64
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00 GHz
Motherboard: Asus Striker II Formula
DDR2: Mushkin 2.00 GB DDR2 @ 400MHz (5-5-5-18) x2
Graphics Card: previous nvidia 8800GT 512MB , New Gigabyte nVidia GTX650 OC 2GB GDDR5

BIOS Updated to the latest version, problem still exists. Systems runs with only one RAM card.

PROBLEM SOLVED.
After about 16 bios updates and restarts and after more than 5 hours i sloved the problem.
I reset the bios settings to default, i installed the second ram and viola...! it worked. Something in the BIOS settings was bugging the hell out of it.
Thank you for your time and the help-info you provided.

Maybe you bought a Graphics Card that have 1110 MHz (standard : 1058 MHz) and your computer doesn't support it....

I think the cards clock is irrelevant.

Did you try in different slots?

From the CPU to forwards of case.
For best performance it should be:
Stick-empty-stick-empty

Also test configurations:
stick-empty-empty-empty
empty-empty-stick-empty

Already did that. It just plays when only one ram is up ,regardless the slot

Hmm, try the bios update. Other thing is if you can disable dual-channel while having single stick in.

4 x DIMM, Max. 8 GB, DDR2 1066/800/667 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory with Mushkin 2.00 GB DDR2 @ 400MHz? You don't see anything wrong in there, do you?

I don't know if he edited now there's only the Munchkin -oh yeah love that game- one. Isn't 400 very slow? Your motherboard can handle it?

EDIT: Gotcha, that part is the description of the motherboard capabilities. NOT COMPATIBLE

I'm sure you understood what I've said. I just wanted to say that his MB supports DDR2 1066/800/667 mhz and he's using the Mushkin @ 400 mhz. To me, it seems like something that's rather problematic. It's too slow and not compatible. Perhaps he used a slower GPU before and it worked all right but with new one (probably faster), whole thing went nuts. So, go to your friends house and grab some RAM and try it out. That's the only thing that comes to my mind. Also, grab a PSU and try that as well... you never know where the problem might be. :)
EDIT: Didn't see your edit bro. Sorry :(

Im not sure but i think that in DDR2 the MHz are doubled. In this situation is 800MHz. If I had ddr3 it would be trippled 1200MHz. And if im wrong how come my system running five years with those RAMs :/ . I think i ll have to settle with 2GB instead of 4 till i have money to buy a DDR3 MoBo + the DDR3 Rams .... Well fuck the new gfx card.
