I had to desactivate the mobile authenticator because I needed to reinstall the steam app, but now when I try to reactivate the mobile authenticator on my phone, I get this error: "Oops! Sorry, there was an error when we tried to access your Steam Guard status."

Do you have any solutions?

Go into your Steam settings on your computer and look at your mobile auth settings. Try disabling it completely and then re-enabling. Another idea would be to restart the phone. I guess it depends on if it's Steam side or if its with your phone. If you completely reset mobile auth and its still not working you might have to contact Steam support

Just a random thought. Check here, see if it says your phone is activated; may need to deactivate or activate again.

Sod the phone entirely. Download & install "Steam Desktop Authenticator" instead. It's free - google it. It also comes with an option to auto-confirm market transactions, which means you just leave the app running whenever you want to add some new cards / items to the market & it'll confirm them itself as soon as you add something.

P.S: I use it because I don't own a mobile phone - however you do need to enter a number when you setup an account as it needs to send a confirmation sms with your unique something or other code which you need to jot down somewhere.

Did you run the app in administrator mode? I got the same error when I tried to run it without. Right click > properties > compatibility > run as administrator. Should do the trick.

Give it some time since sometimes Steam servers are not functioning well. And for such cases it is advised to switch to SteamGuard Email without deactivating anything that allows you to reinstall app and switch back to SteamGuard Mobile when ready. Deactivating both introduces unprotection and trade cooldown for that.
