Is it Steam wallet or foldin' money? If it's real money, I recommend CTHCC from the Groupees bundle. Since the minimum is only .75 cents right now and cards are .25-.40, you can buy that and then sell the cards to make more money than you started with. Granted, it's now Steam wallet instead of actual money, but there's, like, a 99 percent chance you'd spend the money on Steam anyway if you're here.
