EDIT: Solution!

  1. The first step was to save the image onto your computer, and opening it with Notepad. There, at the end of the file, you would find a URL leading to a pastebin.
  2. The code was a giveaway page URL code leading to this closed giveaway. In the description of this giveaway, there was another code, this time for a ItsTooHard puzzle URL.
  3. Upon answering the easy question, the answer given to you was "/?id=227563636". If you noticed, Steam screenshots URLs end with this kind of URL code.
  4. The URL lead to this screenshot.
  5. In the comment section, I left a comment saying "ion/nfXLC". This was a URL code for a Steamgifts discussion, hence the "ion/" part (it was a slight hint), which lead to this closed thread.
  6. Any finally, in this thread was the giveaway's URL code, which lead to the giveaway for How To Survive.

A few approximate stats:
103 users got to step 1.
49 users got to step 2.
42 users got to step 3.
~20 users got to step 4.
13 users entered the giveaway.

Congrats to every solvers, and thanks to all who participated. It was a bumpy ride and many of you had to give up, and I have to admit that this puzzle wasn't an obvious or easy one, if you don't recognize/remember how URLs commonly used on SG and Steam look like.

Either ways, that was a fun little experiment with slightly different puzzle-making than I'm used to. :)
Cheers!

Dang, didn't think about pastebin's format - I gave it up quite easily as you kindly said what the game is, so I didn't stress myself about that :) Thanks for this little info, maybe I'll be able to use it someday

I got stuck in the first step. I wasn't downloading the image with the drive download link, I was using Save as which wasn't downloading the original one :/
