Free MMOs?

I played ASDA Story like, 8 years ago, there's now a ASDA 2 (I have no idea if it's better). It was pretty good, decent graphics, good quest/grind balance.

Trickster was very very fun too.

I also tried Florensia when it was on the beta. It was different, you actually got to play on the sea, you needed good ships to get to other places and such.

These are probably really old haha I used to play mmo a long time ago the I just stopped. But out of all the ones I tried these I liked the best.

Personally I play a lot of MMO's and I don't feel any are really great at the moment.

One in particular I'm interested in is called Dark Blood

It looks amazing, very similar to a game called DFO in which I played, but the company was destroying the game so I left. I'm looking forward to this :), but in the meantime I'll just play Steam games.

There are two MMO's I like, Everquest II and City of Heroes, but I think both of them are significantly nicer to play with a $5 investment rather than just free. But it's possible to start them both for free and see if the investment is worth it. Both of them offer occasional good deals. CoH in particular occasionally offers a first month of subscription for $1, and that makes the account Premium later and gives some point to buy things.

If you're looking for a good F2P mmo, and/or you can't get a copy of D3 then I recommend Path of Exile. I played some of the beta and it's actually really good, I love the skill system in that game it reminds me of FFX.

most free MMO's are bad BUT planet side 2 is coming out this year which might change that.

DC Universe online is a very competent free MMO, check it on steam, plus it has a HUGE player base

Aion, trust me. it's a great mmo

I didnt realise that Aion was free now until someone said it. Its good but it has very long and slow xp grinds.

A very well balanced MMO with an actually great community is Allods Online.

Spiral Knights isn't bad, as stated above it isn't pay2win. APB Reloaded isn't too bad as free MMO's go, and Realm of the Mad God is a fun little bullet hell shooter/RPG. Tribes Ascend is great, Path of Exile looks to be pretty good, and then Guild Wars 2 is coming up as well. Not free, but it won't have monthly fees if I recall correctly.

... why hasn't anybody mentioned Shin Megami Tensei: IMAGINE? It's back with Atlus now too. 8[
