It's my right radius too, so 1 handed-keyboard or trackpad games please xD Preferably ones I already have, but otherwise I'm sure I could invest a bit :)

On a serious note, pretty much any click adventure game and stuff like PvZ, Turn-based games (HOMM for instance).

Truth be said, if you got a mouse like Razer Naga you can play almost any game with some skill.

Mice are bloody impossible to use when in the wrong hand xD

Oh snap, guess I didn't quite see it was the right one.

Anyway, turn-based games and point-and-click adventures can still easily be played even with the mouse in the wrong hand.

If you have a gamepad or a decent keyboard you could play a platformer I guess, thumb to jump, 3 middle fingers for movement and pinky for modifier keys.

FTL! It's keyboard hot keys with some clicking to select targets, etc, but you can pause the game, do all your clicking/selecting, and unpause.

FTL is on your wishlist? Cause I didn't see it lol I noticed it was a game you gaveaway though. But I'll recommend that as well.

I just want to know how you managed to do that! :D
Hope it heals quick!
XCOM is turn-based, so there's no real pressure to use both hands.

I fell while playing (European) football (not a big fan of it either xD) cause of some dirty play, my right arm caught the entire weight of my fall on concrete xD So now the radius head (the part that joins to the elbow) is completely snapped, and I can't move my arm at all (apart from shoulder rotation).
Thank you :)

as far as android is concerned, ive enjoyed Zday and Rebuild. Besides that, maybe any turn based strategy on pc - Homm3/Civilization? (being my favorites)

Dwarf Fortress. By the time you figure out how to play it, you'll be healed and can play other games, but it won't matter because you'll only want to play DF.

If you're on a laptop i recommend Minecraft using the touchpad. Also enjoyable at 3AM when you don't feel like lifting both your arms :)

I play minecraft on a touchpad very rarely, the main reason I use a usb mouse on my laptop is because I found it very uncomfortable to have my hand on the buttons and pad for long periods of time

I only have 1 hand and I play all games. May not be able too play them all well but I have fun. I do use macros on a gaming mouse though.

These are games that aren't on your games list and i think that you can play them without any issues:

Sine Mora (i only played a short demo, and it was good)
The Secret Of Monkey Island
Superbrothers: Sword & Sorcery
Home (it can be boring for you, but you only have to use the arrow keys.)
Mensa Academy (it seems fun, but not as Brain Age; i haven't played it yet).
Super Hexagon (not a game for everyone, though)
Commandos 3 (2 dollars on GMG, i played the first one and it makes you think a lot. An oldie but a goodie.)
Shining Force games (old games from SEGA Genesis, they are worth it).

If you have an Android, play Canabalt HD.

But you can see some TV shows and movies. Go see How I Met Your Mother, Supernatural, Arrow, Doctor Who, South Park, whatever haha. And for movies check stuff like The Raid: Redemption, Ip Man, Dredd 3D, Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, Hot Fuzz and Ted, among others.

Sine Mora looks ok, not really my type of game though :/ I'll download the demo, didn't know there was one :)
Super Hexagon is controlled with the mouse no?

I do have an android, but don't really enjoy portable gaming xD

I've got loads of films and series lined up to watch, I'm sure I'll have got through at least half of it by the time I'm out of plaster xD

I tried the demo of Sine Mora on PS3, so i think there's one on Steam.
Super Hexagon, yes, but have this in mind and i'm serious: IT'S AN EXTREMELY HARD GAME!. It's like playing The Impossible Game (check YouTube for that): great music, but the game is tiring. Much more harder than stuff like Super Meat Boy. It can be played with Xbox360 controller or mouse, it just moving between left and right. Check a gameplay video first!.

Err.. what about Plants Vs Zombies? That's a good one-hand game, i think.
And try to get some games for your Android, there are some good ones. Once i played a BIT.TRIP game and it was only using a finger, and it was pretty good.

Super hexagon has two buttons. left arrow to turn counter-clockwise, right arrow to turn clockwise, and (ok three) space for starting the game again.
GIVE IT A TRY

I'm going to second the suggestion of Ys I&II Chronicles+. It would be easy to adjust the controls for these two to allow for one handed play since you mostly run around and bump things to kill monsters and interact with things.

Any turn-based strategy (Civilization, Galactic Civilizations, XCom, Heroes of Might and Magic, etc.) or pausable RTS (eg Paradox's games like Crusader Kings, Europa Universalis, etc. ; SimCity/Cities XL ; OpenTTD (free) ; Dwarf Fortress (free, but hurts the eyes if you don't use a tileset :P)).
Also racing games if don't mind not using a gamepad for them (Grid, DiRT are my favorite, but Burnout, Need for Speed Most Wanted (both new and old) are good too)

Any point & click games, as the name implies they only require you to point and click.
