I'm going to throw this question in the group.
We all know all the strange stuff going on at Konami lately.
If you don't I think there are easily some summary's online which can you get to speed.
With the new Metal Gear Solid Konami fired the lead Developer, Kojima, and promised for all the people who preordered "Metal Gear Solid Legacy", which had "by accident" the same name as the Metal Gear Solid collection including all previous games...
Only in this case it was a documentary, not even a very good one...

That having said, would it be immoral to torrent the game?
I haven't torrented a game since I was a teenager...
And in fact I'm not planning on doing it directly, but I would like to throw this question out just to see your opinions on it.
Let me know what you think.

I dunno if we can talk about this since we can get banned for encouraging pirating.

Piracy, pornography, and other material that may be inappropriate to a general audience should not be posted to the site.

It is?
I didn't know there would be rules for this?
I haven't been on this site for a long time.

Anyway, I wasn't saying 'DOWNLOAD THIS NOW'!
I was just putting out the question if it would be immoral.
But if there are rules against it (although I wouldnt agree) then I shall put down this post.

Umm...is this a trick question, or a puzzle disguised as a silly question?

I'm not going to touch the "morality" question directly, but I don't see how the behavior of the publisher/dev has any impact on whether or not it's OK to distribute a game illegaly.... Don't take this the wrong way, but if you're actually serious, you sound like you still are a teenager...isn't the transition to adulthood about when you're supposed to stop taking games so seriously?
