On a scale from 'I’ll pass' to 'I’d marry it,' how do you feel about this bundle?
Maybe, i have on wishlisted and other ones that look interesting.

50 / 50 for me.
Love city builders, love spongebob. Not a fan of marvel etc, but something to try out nonetheless.
With the discount I got it obviously. Without it I might have debated.

Only really interested in Coral Island.
I have the Marvel game on Epic already. (although I wasn't able to get the controls to work with my controller so maybe the Steam version is different?)
The Spongebob game looks like it could be decent but it's not that interesting to me.

I just finished GotG on epic when it was for free there. One hell of a game, I enjoyed it very much, so I recommend it, but I think I'll be pausing this time

Is there any way to buy this bundle with my €6.49 discount coupon and pass on Guardians of the Galaxy to a friend in the US? I'm from the EU (Germany), so there's that region lock for Guardians of the Galaxy. I know that gifting the whole bundle would definitely work, but gifts aren't eligible for the discount coupon. As far as I know, when buying the bundle for myself, even creating a gift link for the game would still make it region locked to EU.

That is outdated information and has been for quite a while now. See for example:

What is a geo/region-lock (PurchaseRestrictedCountries)?
In the group and in our Steam curator the term region-lock usually refers to restricting the activation of product keys. This blocking is realized with the tags AllowPurchaseFromRestrictedCountries (contains the value "No" or "Yes") and PurchaseRestrictedCountries (with country codes)[en.wikipedia.org] It used to be that keys blocked via these tags could simply not be activated within IP addresses associated with the set countries, however, it seems that nowadays only the store region set in the account is of relevance.

That group is probably the most expert source of information on this subject matter (but who am I telling that: you're a member of that group just like myself ^^) and those FAQs have both been edited last in 2020. I am however pretty sure that it has been like this even longer than that.
What the FAQs don't mention, is that to be able to change the Steam region, you not only have to provide a billing address from there. You also have to make a purchase from a regional IP address with a regional payment method within the Steam store to prove your eligibility. Once that is done, you can keep using the store with an IP from your actual region. Once you use a payment method from your original region, your store region will be set to that region again.
Since you're also from Germany and you also own Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition (and probably other games with similar acquisition issues), you might be able to narrow down the time frame of when they changed that, by looking at when and how you got those games.

Every relevant thing happend before 2016.
The only thing after 2020 was a uncut patch for an adult game, around november 2021.
This one https://steamdb.info/app/1442320/info/
But no idea if it can be compared to an actual purchase because it is a free app.
So yeah my knowledge might be outdated then

Yeah, that one is actually different, because the app page itself has restricted access for Germany and China, but the sub actually isn't regionally restricted. So you probably can claim the free sub via SteamDB even with a german IP / store region, but you can't access the store page itself.
So yeah, the change must have happened between 2016 and 2020 then.

2 wishlisted, rest are missing in the library except for 'you suck at parking' which ill drop in a giveaway.
easy buy 1$ per game.

Mostly strategy/sim games, which I do not like, and GotG, which I have already played on Epic. I WILL buy it not to lose the coupon (and it's a bargain anyway for 6.5 EUR), but I'd definitely prefer more variety in Choice (except when it's all platformers/metroidvania, then it's fine XD).

Only interested in Astrea, so definitely not worth the bundle price.

Does anyone know a way to play You Suck at Parking without agreeing to their "privacy policy" which is basically "you can forget your privacy as we will be selling your data"?
You only get a "Agree" button when you launch the game. I'm really surprised this comes from a Euro dev...

The only way for now is to probably block any internet access with a firewall. Didn't know this was the case. If you have the time please edit the PCGamingWiki article to mention this.
