It won't let me enter, I think because I won a giveaway a few years ago and the person never sent me the game so I had to mark it as 'Not Received'.

Marking something as Not Received does not count as an unactivated win (or any other infraction). There's nothing wrong with marking Not Received.

Oh no, I understand the problem now. About a month or two ago I went through my library and removed several games from my account that were either bad or I knew I would never play again. Stop is an online-only game that has a dead community (at the time I won it, it was more active) and I figured since the community was dead I would never be able to play it. Had I known/remembered I had won it here, I might've spared that game. Oh well, too late now. Thank you for getting to the bottom of the issue, and again, Happy Birthday!

You can restore games that you've deleted from your library, and that will make the "infraction" go away. I forget exactly how you do it, but just search around...it's part of the Support feature. And it wasn't my bday, it was the OP's...but thanks anyway! :)

Another year, another birthday. My life had been a bit better this month. I got a new job, having an income is great but I'm still getting used to the early hours. I'm also doing the gradualtion project for this course so lately I haven't had much time for gaming, but a busy life is much better than drifting around not knowing where I'm going.
Like usual, a jigidi puzzle that lead to a sgtools gate with basic rules. The games this time are all HOG with level 1+, it's not much but I hope people will enjoy them.
