It depends on if you only enter games you want to play or if you enter to win games.
I currently have 6 month without a win and the statistics says I'm lucky. :)

It got rigged last April and since then you can't win anything. Rigged, my mate, s'all rigged... bamboozling and trickery abound, nothing good lies here.

Level up, join groups you are willing to give something in first, be nice and get the chance to participate in WL gibs.

I never win triple-A game on steamgifts, but I've win NBA 2K17 which I'm not played due negative gameplay score on steam, and i'm not interested in basketball

definitely, 9 on 10 of my giveaways are open to everyone and you can see that there have been in 3 months 1300+ winners so well, if they win why won't you? I made also many full value giveaways like the final fantasy series or the latest one (lost planet - extreme condition) open to level 3, 4, 6+ etc
try to invest into groups, make lots of giveaways and whitelists! my best games are always for my whitelist <3

I think I had an 84% chance of winning one of them 15000 copies small games once, and I still lost XD

Still, I have a soft rule that I only enter giveaways with <1000 entries. I've won quite a few games like that, considering I joined like a couple months ago.

I haven't won any wishlist games yet, but that's fine with me. SG introduces me to new games, and I like that :3

Something I wrote elsewhere, but I think applies here:
When I first joined SteamGifts, I thought it was a pretty nifty idea - I will give away some games I have and don't need, and I will win some games I want and don't have.
But at some point I got annoyed that while I give away perfectly good games, I have no chance of winning anything decent here (I don't know if you noticed, but there are tons of bots and users with multiple accounts here, so any half-decent game gets thousands of entries).
So I started joining groups.
This made the situation slightly better, only now my problem became the fact that the groups I joined were filled with so many crappy bundle games, I could barely find any giveaways to enter.
Eventually, I started my own group - so people have a place to win decent games (with decent winning odds) and do not need to dig through lots of crappy games to find a giveaway they want.

Unlucky 7 and Playing Appreciated are two groups you should look into.

Getting to higher levels also helps (higher level GA = fewer users that can enter = higher chance to win).
Past that, just be a good person and give good games when you can. Eventually you'll end up on some whitelists for your efforts. :)

no, it's not posible. Well there's one thing you need to do before win a cool games, and it's make giveaways, if you don't constaly do giveaway your chances of win will be a lot lower, if you don't believe me just check a few docens of random people profiles with high amount of giveaways and you will see that ALL of them have a huge amount of giveaways won, and not only from groups etc.....

this web in fact converted in just a business now you can pay if you want for some privileges (not more chances % to win giveaway, well they say that, we can't know it). i wonder how much money they make every month (yes it's a month subscription).

so if you want win more giveaways you need to do more giveaways simple as that.
and even after that you should not rage any moderator of this web or they will give you a hidden ban for win giveaways and you will never win more giveaways no matter how many times you enter in giveaways.

I never understand why people join GA's for game they don't want..
But back to the topic all my winnings are from normal GA's and even if i don't win a lot it is enough for me. Never expected to win anything when i joined but wanted to give people some freebies.

You've got to participate more...be active in the community, give more so that you increase your level and have access to better public GAs, and join groups where there are a lot of private GAs with better odds.

That's the best advice I can give. The more you're participating and interacting across all of the various aspects of SG, you'll up your chances.

It's only statistics. The more GAs you enter, with less people, better the odds.

Say that you enter 1000 GA per month, with 1000 entries each, then you will win approximately 1 game per month.

You are only level one, that is one of your biggest problems of winning anything good.
