Game Of The Year

It'll probably be BL2, but I don't think it deserves it. It's a great game but doesn't improve that much over its predecessor. In addition, Gearbox has yet to fix the badass rank reset bug, so they're not deserving of such an honor until they do.

I'm enjoying Torchlight II a lot more, but I don't see it winning GotY because it doesn't have the same AAA pedigree, plus it's up against D3 this year (though I personally think it's leagues above D3)

I'm for TL2 as well. I don't think it'll win though simply because it's not AAA and a lot of publications would never pick a PC-only game as GotY.

The overall Metacritic consensus is good, although I don't really care for numbers anyway. It's quite surprising it hit well with users though, was expecting backlash on the changes.

Most of the reviews I've seen said that the game is great for veterans. It has good characters, etc. But the gameplay is very simple and easy. Doesn't mean the game is bad, I'll give it a shot still.

Sadly I think it wont, I love it just from trying demo! but its a love/hate game and too many will dislike it. There will also be next to no patching and it will bring it down abit.
